How to Renew SSM Online ?
Step 1: Choose your need, then click the button “Renew Now”.

2. Standard Services : Within 24 hours completed
( All submissions after operating hours (Mon - Sat, 9:00am - 5:00pm), Weekends & Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.)

Full set SSM Certificate and Business Profile (PDF) total 3 pages.
Can i renew SSM online that has expired more than 12 months ?
Unfortunately, there is no way to renew it. Please go to office for a new registration.
Sdn. Bhd. / PLT need to renewal ?
Online SSM renewals are not applicable for .SDN. BHD., BHD. and PLT
The Branches need renewal together same time ?
Yes, all branches need to renewal together same time, cannot separate.
What is Late Renewal Compound ?
Once your SSM is not renewed on the specified expiration date, there will be penalties by SSM.
Penalties will calculated based on a monthly, the penalty is start from RM20, and thereafter an increase of RM10 per month.
What is the Certified True Copy (CTC) ?
A certified true copy (CTC) is the copy of a document that is stamped and signed as a true copy of the original by a person who is allowed to take declarations.
